Feb 17, 2016  · You have to eat under a certain threshold of carbs to be in ketosis. For most this is less than 50. If you are not I ketosis you obviously won’t get the benefits of it BUT eating low carb(~100 a day) that dorsnt mean there aren’t other benefits as long as you aren’t getting those carbs from a candy bar or bread.

Sep 11, 2014  · So its not keto if its low carb its atkins. However I did low carb and 3 big cardio boot camp sessions a week and lost about 4kg in 8-10 weeks. I am doing keto now because of a leg injury and cant train like this currently. Low carb is great to maintain or loose weight. Didn’t see much muscle growth but perhaps cardio killing the gains.
